Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival

The city's big spring event, when the road behind the National Assembly on Yeouido turns into a tunnel of cherry blossom and most of Seoul walks it. Roughly the first two weeks of April, though the bloom moves a little each year. Go early in the morning if you want it to yourself.
