Hraunfossar, Borgarfjordur, West Iceland
A mile-long run of clear water seeping straight out of a lava field and fanning into the Hvita river, with the churning Barnafoss a short walk upstream. A quick, flat boardwalk stop that breaks up the long drive west toward Snaefellsnes. Worth the detour off the ring road.
