The other Korean BBQ we loved, and the Gangnam one, in the Michelin Guide though not starred. Beef and a heap of shredded scallion cooked together on a flat iron griddle, the strips finishing on a raised rack off to the side. Same idea as Born and Bred, a long evening rather than a quick meal, and worth booking ahead. Between the two, you can happily do both on the same trip.
