Project Chocolat
Rabot Estate, Soufrière, Saint Lucia
Hotel Chocolat's tree-to-bar experience on the Rabot cacao estate. They walk you through the farm where the cacao trees grow, explain how a pod becomes a bar, and then have you roast, grind, and pour your own chocolate to take home. Touristy in the best way, and the chocolate is genuinely good.
